You can return your product free of charge, no questions asked if the item is in its original condition and not damaged or opened and with no missing labels or stickers. We regret that shipping fees to send items back to us cannot be reimbursed.

We have all been there, we have ordered something online and realised it is no longer needed. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery (commencing the day after goods have been received by the you, the customer) in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000). A refund will be made, excluding postage, within 14 days of cancellation. Returned goods must be in perfect condition..Returned items will be checked by us on arrival to be in perfect condition and any breakages or damages cannot be refunded.

Exclusions: we are sorry that we cannot refund fragile, date sensitive products and items on ‘sale’ or ‘promotion’ or individual items that were part of a ‘gift with purchase’ or ‘bundle offer’ unless they are faulty.

Damaged Products

We do apologise if you have received a damaged product. This is not common and we hope to solve your matter quickly and efficiently. If your product is defective then please notify us hello@madeinheresouthampton.com as soon as possible stating that you will be returning your product for an exchange and to receive the returns form to complete the return.

There are occasions when it may be unnecessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending an item back or practical to do so dependent on the type of product. In this case we will use good faith and common sense to try and find a mutually acceptable solution.

Missing Refund

If it has exceeded 10 business days and your refund has not appeared back to your original payment method then please contact hello@madeinheresouthampton.com to have this investigated.

To Return Your Item

To organise a return to Made In Here Southampton:

  1. Contact hello@madeinheresouthampton.com to receive a returns form
  2. Complete the form and insert it into the package with your unused/undamaged product
  3. Retain the proof of postage from when you have shipped the product back to us

Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our office. Please ensure that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

All of our returns are then checked by our returns department and are checked within 7 working days. We will then either arrange the exchange or refund the amount paid, minus shipping fees, to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a refund the product must be unused and not damaged, so, ensure that it is wrapped up on its way back to us the same way it arrived. Please note, that it is not our responsibility to cover shipping costs back to us and a refund will only be issued once it arrives to our warehouse.

Delivery

We deliver worldwide, but if you live in the vicinity of Southampton, UK or are temporarily in Southampton, you may wish to collect your item from one of our Collection Points. We are currently finalising arrangements and a list of collection points will soon be published.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery can take up to 2-5 days to despatch, but always aim for this to be sooner where possible.

If you select next day delivery and order before 12pm, your order will be delivered the next working day (but remember we will need a signature to deliver your parcel, so please make sure that there is someone to accept delivery if you can’t be there!)

Missed Delivery

Should delivery to the address not be possible, a card should be left by the carrier to let you know how you can collect the parcel or how to arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery.

If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you for your choice of replacement, the option to cancel the order or arrange a later delivery to include your original chosen item.

Item Delayed

We apologise if you have not received your item, we hope to get this cleared up as soon as possible. Please make contact with our customer service team at hello@madeinheresouthampton.com so we can investigate the whereabouts of your parcel.
